Flowmeter Sensor Replacement
NOTE: If the O-ring gasket is seated incorrectly or damaged, this may have an adverse effect on the housing protection class.

1 Yearly Flowmeter Sensor Maintenance
Ambient conditions (air circulation, humidity) are within acceptable range
Seal integrity of the process connections is maintained
Cable entry points cover gaskets and cover screws are in good condition
Operational reliability of the power supply feed, the lightning protection, and the grounding is ensured
Flowmeter sensor electrodes maintenance
Flowrate information on the transmitter remains consistent when recording identical flowrate volume
If flowrate information changes, identify the type of contamination
Upload a photo of the cleaned flowmeter sensor electrodes
Sign off on the flowmeter sensor maintenance
LCD indicator Repalcement
NOTE: If the O-ring gasket is seated incorrectly or damaged, this may have an adverse effect on the housing protection class.
Switch off the power supply.
Unscrew / remove the cover.
Loosen the screws for the LCD indicator (only on integral mount design).
Remove the LCD indicator.
Pull the connector out of the electronic.
Plug in the connector of the new LCD indicator. Ensure that the cable harness is not damaged.
Insert the LCD indicator and screw on /replace the cover.
Switch on the power supply.
Loading The System Data
Switch on the power supply
Wait for the LCD display to show the startup process message
The process display is shown once startup process is completed
The flowmeter is ready for operation with settings as received from the factory
NOTE: Check and make sure that the parameter settings are correct
Sign off on the system data loading
Fuse Replacement
NOTE: If the O-ring gasket is seated incorrectly or damaged, this may have an adverse effect on the housing protection class.
Switch off the power supply
Open the transmitter terminal box
Remove LCD-Display
Pull out the defective fuse and insert a new fuse
Insert the LCD indicator
Close the transmitter terminal box
Switch on the power supply
Check that the device is working correctly
