Ensure optimal unit positioning

Additional Measures for Specific Conditions

Install a blind if necessary to avoid direct sunlight interference

Cover unit with a shelter if exposed to snow drifts or debris

Position unit lengthwise along the wall or use a dust shield if exposed to strong wind

Ensure field wiring is completed

Refrigerant Charging Precautions

Ensure maximum permissible charge is not exceeded

Verify the use of appropriate refrigerant

Open refrigerant containers slowly

Use protective gloves and eye protection

Disassemble the bolts from the cover or maintenance board

Connect the connective cables to the terminals

Re-install the cover or the protection board

Ensure interconnection cable is away from the copper tube

Remove the electric parts cover from the outdoor unit

Connect the connective cables to the terminals

Ensure foundation height is between 100-300mm above ground level

Install drainage around foundation for smooth drain

Fix the outdoor unit with M10 anchor bolts

Is the drainage area free from pedestrian traffic to prevent slipping hazards?

Was the unit lifted carefully considering its off-center gravity?

Avoid holding the inlet of the outdoor unit

Ensure the fan is not touched during installation

Ensure stop valves A and B are closed

Loosen and remove the maintenance nuts of stop valves A and B

Connect the charge hose of the manifold valve to the service port of stop valve A

Connect the joint of the charge hose with the vacuum pump

Open the Lo-lever of the manifold valve completely
