Ensure field wiring is completed

Enter the quantity of the charged refrigerant per meter (T) in grams

Calculate the additional refrigerant to be charged (R) using the formula: R = T x (L-5)

Is the calculated refrigerant charge within the permissible limit?

Verify installation location requirements

Determine air outlet direction where discharged air is not blocked

Locate the outdoor unit as close to the indoor unit as possible

Remove nearby obstacles to ensure proper air circulation

Ensure minimum distance between outdoor unit and obstacles as per installation chart

Is a blind necessary to prevent direct sunlight without interfering with airflow?

Is a shelter necessary to protect from snow drifts or debris?

Disassemble the bolts from the cover or maintenance board

Connect the connective cables to the terminals

Re-install the cover or the protection board

Ensure interconnection cable is away from the copper tube

Remove the electric parts cover from the outdoor unit

Connect the connective cables to the terminals

Is the appliance installation in accordance with national wiring regulations?

Is there a separate power supply with rated voltage for the air conditioner?

Is the external power supply ground wiring linked to the ground wiring of the indoor and outdoor unit?

Qualified Personnel and Circuit Drawing

Is the wiring work being done by qualified persons according to the circuit drawing?

Disconnection and Residual Current Device

Is an all-pole disconnection device with at least 3mm separation distance incorporated in the fixed wiring?

Verify installation requirements

Ensure all field piping is provided by a licensed refrigeration technician

Ensure compliance with relevant local and national codes

Ensure indoor and outdoor units are fixed before installing the connecting pipe

Keep the connecting pipe dry and free from moisture

Prevent air, dust, or impurities from entering the pipe system
