Ensure stop valves A and B are closed

Loosen and remove the maintenance nuts of stop valves A and B

Connect the charge hose of the manifold valve to the service port of stop valve A

Connect the joint of the charge hose with the vacuum pump

Open the Lo-lever of the manifold valve completely

Disassemble the bolts from the cover or maintenance board

Connect the connective cables to the terminals as identified with their respective matched numbers on the terminal block of indoor and outdoor units

Re-install the cover or the protection board

Ensure the interconnection cable is away from the copper tube

Remove the electric parts cover from the outdoor unit

Connect the connective cables to the terminals as identified with their respective matched numbers on the terminal block of indoor and outdoor units

Form a loop of the connective cable to prevent water ingress

Verify installation requirements

Ensure all field piping is provided by a licensed refrigeration technician

Ensure compliance with local and national codes

Ensure indoor and outdoor units are fixed before installing the connecting pipe

Keep the connecting pipe dry and free from moisture

Prevent air, dust, or impurities from entering the pipe system

Verify foundation specifications

Install drainage around foundation for smooth drain

Fix the outdoor unit with M10 anchor bolts

Is the drainage area free from pedestrian traffic to prevent slipping hazards?

Is the gravity center of the unit considered during lifting?

Avoid holding the inlet of the outdoor unit

Ensure the fan is not touched with hands or objects

Ensure field wiring is completed

Enter the length of the liquid pipe (L) in meters

Enter the quantity of the charged refrigerant per meter (T) in grams

Calculate the additional refrigerant to be charged (R) in grams

Is the calculated refrigerant charge within the permissible limit?
