Disconnect the electrical supply to isolate the blower

Is the blower at a safe temperature for maintenance?

Unscrew wing nut (m1) to remove filter cover (h)

Is the filter cartridge clean after knocking out by hand or using compressed air?

Replace the filter cartridge if necessary

Reassemble the filter cover and secure with wing nut (m1)

Disconnect the electrical supply to the blower

Is the blower at a safe temperature for maintenance?

Identify the filters to be cleaned

Choose the cleaning method for the filters

Was the filter cartridge replaced?

Remove the filter cartridge (f2)

Disconnect the electrical supply to the blower

Verify the blower is not at its normal operating temperature

Clean the mesh on the suction side (A) on the silencer housing

Verify bearings are greased for life and require no maintenance

Are you handling inflammable or aggressive gases and vapours?
