Disconnect the electrical supply to the blower

Ensure the blower cannot be restarted during maintenance

Verify the blower is not at its normal operating temperature

Identify the filters to be cleaned

Choose the cleaning method for the filters

Replace the filter cartridge if necessary

Disconnect the electrical supply to the blower

Is the blower at a safe temperature for maintenance?

Remove the pipework or unscrew the silencer box cover

Clean the mesh on the suction side (A)

Verify bearings are greased for life

Handling Special Gases and Vapours

Disconnect the electrical supply to the blower

Is the blower at a safe temperature to handle?

Remove filter cover (h) and filter cartridge (f1)

Is the filter cartridge (f1) in good condition?

Clean the filter cartridge by knocking out by hand or using compressed air

Replace the filter cartridge if necessary
