Remove nuts and disconnect wires

Remove two hex nuts from heater ends using a 13/16" socket

Reconnect wires and secure nuts

Is the heater securely installed?

Remove connector J302 from CPU board

Remove temperature sensor fitting from inside bath pan

Hold small nut on fitting firmly with a wrench and remove large fitting piece with another wrench

Remove rubber grommet from temperature sensor

Carefully slide sensor through the control housing and remove

Remove four leads from thermostat terminals

Remove two screws from thermostat bracket and remove bracket

Carefully tilt bath on its side

Remove eight screws from bottom plate and remove plate

Remove insulation from bottom of pan and between pan and control panel wall

Loosen two nuts from thermostat bulb bracket

Carefully remove thermostat from control housing by sliding bulb through hole in control panel wall

Clean the bath with mild soapy water.

Rinse the bath with distilled water.

Add formaldehyde or quaternary ammonium germicide if algae or microorganisms are present.

Ensure the following chemicals are never used

Limit the use of necessary chemicals to a maximum of four hours.

Wear heavy gloves and goggles for protection.

Disconnect connectors from CPU board

Remove connector J102 from power supply board with care to avoid bending pins

Remove four nuts from CPU board and remove CPU board and Keyboard/Display board

Remove J201 from CPU board with care to avoid bending pins

Install new CPU and Keyboard/Display board by reversing removal procedure

Enter configuration mode by pressing 'Set Point' while applying power
