Fuse Replacement Steps
Power-off the detector and disconnect the power cord from the power entry module
Pinch the sides of the spring-loaded fuse holder, located above the power entry module on the rear panel of the detector
Withdraw the spring-loaded fuse holder with minimum pressure
Remove and discard the fuses
Ensure new fuses are properly rated
Flow Cell Replacement
Ensure all required materials are available
Preparation
Power-off the detector
Stop the solvent flow
Remove Existing Flow Cell
Lift up the detector front cover and pull the front cover from the detector chassis
Disconnect the detector's inlet tubing from the column outlet connection
Remove the flow cell using a 1/4-inch flat-blade screwdriver to loosen the three thumbscrews on the flow cell assembly's front plate
Grasp the handle and gently pull the flow cell toward you
