WARNING! Disconnect the electrical power to the machine and follow lockout / tagout procedures

Label and disconnect wires from power switch

Squeeze switch retainers and slide switch out through front of panel

Install the new switch in reverse order

Check that all the parts are in place

Check all gas joints disturbed during servicing for leaks using a soap and water solution.

Turn the gas supply off at a manual shutoff valve.

Remove the pressure tap plug and attach manometer.

Griddle Level Calibration Procedure

Describe the initial level condition of the griddle

Adjust legs by turning the bullet feet at the bottom of each leg

Record the height of each leg after adjustment

Is the griddle level after adjustment?

Check for potential issues after leveling

Ensure the burner is turned off before starting the adjustment

Loosen the screw on the venturi

Adjust the air shutter to eliminate yellow tips on the burner flames

Tighten the screw to lock the air shutter in place

Repeat the adjustment procedure for all burners

Is the flame color consistent across all burners?

WARNING! Disconnect the electrical power to the machine and follow lockout / tagout procedures

Release igniter from frame and pull out of unit

Label and disconnect wires from electric igniter

Install igniter in reverse order

Ensure all wires are securely connected

Verify the FRONT PANEL is properly reattached

Test the new igniter for proper operation
