Inspect all gasketing on cabinet openings. Replace if damaged or worn out

Inspect metering valve at bottom of Abrasive Separator

Inspect plastic lamp shield below the lampbox assembly. Lamp shield will block light from illuminating cabinet interior if too etched or worn. Replace as needed

Inspect fiberglass filters at front of Dust Collector. Replace if clogged with dust. Inspect cloth filter bags for tears, holes, or loose bags. Replace as needed

Sign off on the weekly sand blast booth maintenance

1. Place a container under the dust collector hopper. Un-latch the door at bottom of hopper. Shake loose dust cake from filter bags in dust collector by applying a push pull motion on shaker handle. Allow a few minutes for dust to settle into dust hopper. Re-latch the hopper door

2. Inspect blast gun for worn nozzle and air jet. Refer to "Poor Abrasive Flow" section of manual

3. Check particle screen located inside the Abrasive Separator and remove any accumulated debris

4. Check media level in Abrasive Separator hopper and add if needed. Aprox 50 lbs is a full charge

5. Inspect siphon hose for wear holes. Areas of hose that are not straight will wear first. Replace worn hose

6. Inspect plastic liner (underlayment) behind glass window and replace if cloudy

7. Inspect 5" dia. media conveying hose between bottom of cabinet and Abrasive Separator for wear holes. Replace worn hose;

Warning: Ensure the machine is turned off and unplugged before starting the procedure.

Select the part number for replacement

Un-clamp media hose \A\" from flange \"B\". Using pliers

Slide new sleeve \C\" into flange \"B\" with it pointed facing up and touching the hopper wall of the cabinet"

Re-clamp media hose \A\" onto flange \"B\""
