Remove the M6 screws from the rail endcaps

Roll the seat and foot platform off the rails

Unscrew the bolt from the roller

Replace the rollers and reinstall the bolt and nut

Return the foot platform and seat to the unit

Replace the endcaps on the rails

Tools required for the procedure

Clean rail surfaces with a noncorrosive cleaner or dry towel.

Clean all other parts with a noncorrosive cleaner or antibacterial wipes.

Wipe down all padded surfaces with antibacterial cleanser after each use.

Wipe down the ELEVATE Row ADJ with a clean cloth.

Inspection and Functionality Check

Is there any visible damage to the ELEVATE Row ADJ?

Check the following wear items for damage

Does the glideboard move smoothly up and down the rails?

Adjust the rail height to highest level

Unhook the bungees from the two hooks

Get under the rail and loosen the nut on the end of the cable to release tension

Loosen and remove the screw on the pulley using a 6mm hex wrench

Replace the screw, bracket, and pulley with the new band and tighten the screw

Attach the cable back and tighten the nut

Check that all parts are securely fastened

Test the band replacement by operating the equipment

Clean the work area after completion

Wipe down rails with a noncorrosive, no alkaline, no alcohol cleanser.

Clean all surface areas for aesthetics.

Wipe down your ELEVATE Row ADJ with a clean cloth.

Check for wear and damage on the following items

Are all screws and fasteners installed correctly and tightened?

Inspect all pads, fabric or foam for punctures or wear and replace as needed.

Clean rail surfaces with a noncorrosive cleaner

Clean all other parts with a noncorrosive cleaner or antibacterial wipes

Wipe down the ELEVATE Row ADJ with a clean cloth

Visually inspect the rollers and clean any debris accumulated on them

Inspect rubber stoppers, bungee, and computer for any damage

Ensure no lubricants or silicone-based products are used on the rails or wheels
