Main Shaft Retainer Removal
Place circuit breaker in an upright position
Press and hold the contacts together
Unscrew the main shaft retainer
Remove the main shaft retainer
Remove the actuator
Attach the cover
Pole Assembly Removal
NOTICE: Damage to the operator mechanism. Failure to install the actuating shaft retainer will cause the closing spring to discharge and will result in the operator mechanism being misaligned and damaged.
Remove hole plug
Press contacts together and hold them
Mount main shaft retainer
Fix main shaft retainer
Sign off on the pole assembly removal

Contact assemblies need to be changed depending on their condition, but no later than - 12,500 operations in FS II up to 1600 A; (3- and 4-pole) - 10,000 operations in FS II 3200 A; (3- and 4-pole) - 10,000 operations in FS III; (3- and 4-pole)
The switchgear operator must determine the inspection intervals depending on the conditions under which the circuit breaker is used: - minimum 1 time per year - after breaking heavy current
Rear Wall Removal
Remove upper screws
Remove lower screws
Support circuit breaker
Rearwall carefully draw off to view the end position retaining springs
Note the position of the end position retaining springs
Separate and remove rearwall
Remove end position retaining springs
Current Sensor Removal
Lay circuit breaker on its side
Remove cover of cable duct
Detach connectors
Remove current sensor covers
Remove current sensors
Sign off on the current sensor removal
