Arc splitter plates inspected for erosion
Arc splitter plates show normal wear
Heavy wear observed on arc splitter plates
If heavy wear is observed, replace the arc chutes and circuit breaker.

Using a screwdriver, cut the plastic indicator pin along the upper edge of the large recess.
Was the indicator pin cut successfully?
Is the indicator pin still visible?
If the indicator pin is no longer visible, the contact system must be replaced.
Was the contact system replaced successfully?

NOTE: Before removing the screws, support circuit breaker in such a way that the circuit breaker feet are not supporting the weight of the circuit breaker.
