Arc Chute Cover Inspection
DANGER: Hazardous voltage. Will cause death, serious personal injury, or equipment damage. Turn off and lock out all power supplying this device before working on this device.

Powder-coated inner sides of the covers facing the arc chutes not burned
No damage to the powder-coating on the inner side of the cover

Arc Chute Removal
Warning: Mishandling may lead to broken insulation plates of the arc chute housing, and compromised insulation capacity.
Loosen screw by approx. 15 mm; do not remove it; FS III and FS II, class C: remove screw completely
Push the cover back; FS III: lift the cover carefully
Remove the cover
Take out the arc chute
Do not stand arc chutes up, when placing them on a table, or any other surface outside of the circuit breaker. The arc chutes should be placed on their side to prevent breakage of the insulation plates.
Sign off on the arc chute removal
Circuit Breaker Feet Removal
NOTE: Before removing the screws, support circuit breaker in such a way that the circuit breaker feet are not supporting the weight of the circuit breaker.

Rear Wall Removal
Remove upper screws
Remove lower screws
Support circuit breaker
Rearwall carefully draw off to view the end position retaining springs
Note the position of the end position retaining springs
Separate and remove rearwall
Remove end position retaining springs
