Check the motor seal for the following issues

Is the motor seal in good condition?

Apply food safe lubricant to the motor seal

Is the motor seal completely watertight after lubrication?

Describe any issues found during the lubrication process

Inspection of Bowl Locating Plates

Check if the bowl locating plates are worn out

Remove the worn bowl locating plates

Install new bowl locating plates

Is the bowl securely attached to the motor base after replacement?

Does the safety system stop the machine if the bowl is not securely attached?

Unplug the appliance before cleaning

Motor Base Cleaning Instructions

Ensure the motor base is not immersed in water

Clean the motor base using a damp cloth or sponge

Unplug the appliance before opening the motor housing

Check that all seals and washers are in place and in good condition

Are all safety devices in good working order?

Check and maintain attachments for corrosive agents

Is the power cord or plug damaged in any way?
