Limit Thermostat Replacement

Remove screws securing the thermostat phial mounting plate to the inner bulkhead

Withdraw assembly and unclip the phial

Remove electrical connections from the limit thermostat

Remove securing nut and thermostat from the front panel

Fit replacement thermostat in reverse order

Disconnection and Removal

Disconnect the electrode leads from the PCB terminal

Remove the screw securing the electrode assembly to the burner assembly side plate

Withdraw the electrode assembly

Replacement and Reassembly

Fit the replacement electrode assembly

Reassemble in reverse order

Verification

Check that the spark gap is 2.5 mm

Centrifugal Fan/Motor Replacement

Disconnect the electrical connections to the centrifugal fan section

Remove the side panels of the section for access to the fan and motor

Fit replacements as appropriate and reassemble in reverse order

Check the direction of rotation for a 3-phase motor

Check mark

If the direction of rotation is incorrect, interchange any two of the three phases connected to the motor
