Check the bolts whether fasten and the ill-insulation both in the input side and output side.

Weld machine has neither display nor output. Check out the cause of the losing of phases.; Arc instability or unwell welding. Check and keep connection firmly. Set arc force current or start current suitable. Check the switch and connection of output cable, make sure that both them match the electrode.;

To fully act the performance of this machine and continue safely work every day, it is important to carry out daily inspection and periodic inspection.

2. Remove 2 bolts and 2 eyebolts on the top board and draw out the top by uplifting its foreside.;
