P103 on the master board disconnected

Bottom cover of the microscope arm removed

SB3 × 5 (n=2) loosened and aiming shutter ASSY removed

New aiming shutter ASSY assembled

Sign off on the Aiming Shutter Assy Replacement

Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel!

Connector reconnected and key switch turned ON

4th pin of J103 on the master board verified

Detection light interrupted by inserting a board or metal plate into the slot of the sensor for the aiming shutter (1 position; PI3)

Sign off on the Aiming Shutter Sensor Check

Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Microscope arm swung more than 45o to right or left

SB3 × 6 (n=2) loosened and display board ASSY removed

New display board ASSY assembled in the reverse order

Sign off on the Display Board Assy Replacement

Verify that the key switch is in the OFF position

Check the continuity between 1st and 2nd pin of P502 using the resistance range of the multimeter

If there is no continuity under the condition that the emergency stop switch is not pressed, and if there is continuity under condition that the emergency stop switch is not pressed, there is no problem. If not, replace the emergency stop switch in the following procedures

Unsolder the cord, which has been soldered to the emergency stop switch, using the soldering iron

Remove the emergency stop switch

Attach a new emergency stop switch in the reverse order

Sign off on the emergency stop switch replacement

P110 on the master board disconnected

CK2 × 4 (n=2) unscrewed and sample board removed

Focus of the YAG laser beam adjusted

Sign off on the Energy Monitor Assy Replacement
