Engine air cleaner elements replaced

Frame hinge pivots lubricated (less autolube)

Park brake oil drained and refilled

Fuel tank breather filter replaced

Driveline damper checked for cracks (Every 5000 Hours)

Sign off on the 1000 Hourly Loader Maintenance

Lubricate loader linkage and cylinder pivots (less auto-lube)

Replace axle oil filters (Initial Service--100 Hours)

Drain and refill front and rear axle oil (Initial Service--100 Hours)

Take engine oil sample (Every 250 Hours)

Sign off on the loader maintenance

Check coolant level at surge tank

Clean air cleaner dust unloader valve, replace if damaged

Check hydraulic system oil level

Inspect auto-lube grease lines for damage and leakage (if equipped)

Inspect auto-lube grease reservoir and manifolds for damage and leakage (if equipped)

Sign off on the loader maintenance

Engine valve lash checked and adjusted?

Transmission clutch calibration rerun?

Upload a photo of the cab monitor after rerunning transmission clutch calibration

Transmission oil drained and refilled?

Upload a photo of the new transmission oil filters

Front and rear axle oil drained and refilled?

Cooling system drained and refilled (Every 6000 Hours)?

Sign off on the 2000 Hourly Loader Maintenance

Clean hydraulic system fill strainer

Replace hydraulic system return filters

Drain, flush, and refill hydraulic system oil

Sign off on the loader maintenance
