Examine rotation points for wear and tear

Preventive Maintenance Cautions

Avoid spraying liquids directly onto any surface

Spray cleaning solutions onto a clean towel first

Tighten loose parts immediately

Avoid placing equipment in direct sunlight

Ensure safety precautions are in place

Use a flat blade screwdriver to unsnap adjustment cable from lever

Was the cable fitting intact after removal?

Hydraulic Unit Removal and Adjustment

Remove hydraulic unit from machine

Clean all outside surfaces with non-abrasive, non-chlorinated household cleaners

Clean and disinfect upholstery at the end of each day

Wipe painted surfaces with a damp cloth and car wax, then buff with a dry cloth

Clean ABS plastic shields & shrouds with non-abrasive, non-chlorinated household cleaners

Vacuum or wipe dust from recessed areas and surfaces

Lubricate and clean guide rods using TFL 50

Spray cleaning solutions onto a clean towel first, then wipe the unit

Tighten loose parts immediately

Avoid placing equipment in direct sunlight

Perform visual inspection of Nautilus® Strength® units

Remove the tethered weight-pin from weight stack hole

Lift top weight using the appropriate lifting mechanism

Insert a shim between the first and second weight

Release top weight so the first stack is resting on the shim

Loosen the two bolts at the end of the belt and pull through excess belting until tight
