Verify the following against the commissioning records

Ensure chilled water pump and flow switch operate efficiently.

Verify that interlocks function correctly.

Check operation of waterflow switch and pump interlock.

Ensure all work is carried out by technically trained competent personnel.

Isolate equipment to ensure no live electrical or moving parts are active before maintenance or repair work.

Visually inspect the unit for general wear and tear.

Treat metalwork for any signs of rust.

Visually inspect pipe and pipework insulation.

Clean evaporator water strainer.

Ensure all electrical and moving parts are isolated before starting maintenance.

Check glycol concentration if appropriate.

Leak test all R407C joints and inspect all water connections.

Check superheats with chiller running on full load.

Is the chiller running on full load?

Ensure the system is isolated from electrical supply

Is head pressure control maintained?

Check pressure relief indicator gauge

Check each circuit sight glass for dryness and bubbles

Ensure all work is carried out by technically trained competent personnel

Isolate equipment to prevent electrical and mechanical hazards

Record the current operating hours of the compressor

Has the compressor reached 7,500 hours or 4 years of operation?

Inspect the condition of the compressor oil

Is the compressor oil in acceptable condition?

Describe any issues found with the compressor oil
