Is head pressure control maintained?

Check pressure relief indicator gauge

Circuit and Compressor Inspection

Check each circuit sight glass for dryness and bubbles

Ensure all work is carried out by technically trained competent personnel.

Isolate equipment to ensure no live electrical or moving parts are active before maintenance or repair work.

Inspect the unit for general wear and tear and treat metalwork as necessary.

Inspect pipe and pipework insulation for any damage or wear.

Clean evaporator water strainer.

Clean condenser coils using detergent and a stiff bristled brush. Avoid steam cleaning.

Check evaporator trace heating and low ambient thermostat are set to activate at 4.0°C.

Remember to re-cap the Schraeder connections!
