Heat Exchanger Removal
Panel and Drain Pan Removal
Remove the panel
Remove the drain pan
Turbo Fan and Control Box Cover Removal
Remove the nut and the washer from the turbo fan
Remove the turbo fan
Remove the 2 screws fixed to the control box cover
Remove the control box cover
Electrical Disconnections
Drain Pump / Drain Sensor Removal
Panel and Control Box Removal
Remove the panel. (Refer to step 3)
Remove the 2 screws fixed to the control box cover, and remove the control box cover.
Drain Pan and Cover Removal
Remove the drain pan. (Refer to step 6)
Remove the 1 screw fixed to the cover, and remove the cover.
Connector and Lead Wire Disconnection
Remove the connectors of the (CNP) and the (CN31) from the indoor controller board.
Disconnect the lead wires to the direction of the drain pump. (See Photo 7)
Room Temperature Thermistor TH1 Removal
Panel and Thermistor Removal
Remove the panel
Pull out the room temperature thermistor from the drain pan
Control Box Cover Removal
Remove the 2 screws fixed to the control box cover
Remove the control box cover
Disconnect Thermistor
Remove the connector (CN20) from the indoor controller board
Disconnect the room temperature thermistor
Panel Removal
Air Intake Grille Removal
Remove the air intake grille
Corner Panel Removal
Remove the screw of the corner
Slide the corner panel in the direction of the arrow and remove it
Main Panel Removal
Disconnect the connector from the unit
Remove the 2 screws from the panel
Loosen the 2 screws fixed to the oval hole
Electrical Part Removal
Remove the 2 screws and the control box cover
Check that all the electrical parts are in place
