Locate the adjustment screw at the rear of the sensor

Use a very small regular screwdriver for adjustment

Turn the adjustment screw clockwise until the LED turns ON

Turn the adjustment screw counter-clockwise until the LED turns OFF

Continue turning counter-clockwise for one full revolution after the LED turns off

Does the LED turn on when material is present in front of the sensor?

Describe any additional adjustments made due to material dust or static

Sensor Position on 200 and 400 Series Models

Check material storage locations

Access Manual Operations on touchscreen controller

Is the device ON/Open when the button is green?

Is the device OFF/Closed when the button is red?

Is the device disabled when the button is blue?

Perform pneumatic lockout on the blender
