Disconnect the two external wires connected to the enable terminals on the connection board.

Connect a voltmeter across the two incoming wires and close each thermostat, zone valve, and relay in the external circuit one at a time. Record the voltmeter reading across the incoming wires.

If a voltage occurs, was the external wiring checked and corrected?

Reconnect the external thermostat circuit wires to the connection board.

Ensure the water meets the requirements of the manual before filling the system.

Fill to correct system pressure. Enter the pressure reading.

Enter the minimum cold water fill pressure for the system (psi).

Did the pressure rise when the boiler was turned ON and system water temperature increased?

Check the system thoroughly for any leaks during initial fill and boiler startup.

Describe any leaks found and repairs made.

Check around the boiler for gas odor (connecting gas supply piping)

Is there evidence of any gas leak?

Shut down the boiler immediately if a gas leak is detected

Describe the actions taken to find the leak source

Perform a bubble test to find the leak source

Was the leak repaired successfully?

Vent any remaining air from the system using manual vents

Ensure the gas supply is turned off before starting the procedure.

Verify that the area is well-ventilated to prevent gas accumulation.

Ensure all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn.

Check that all the parts are in place

Remove the existing gas valve carefully without adjusting the outlet pressure.

Install the new gas valve ensuring it is not a conventional gas valve.

Secure the flanged connections to the venturi and the blower.
