Soak the diffuser screen in the detergent solution

Read the current pressure on the lower scale of the pressure gauge

Is the pressure within the operating range of 8-9 bar?

Select the adjustment direction for the by-pass screw

Adjust the pressure by turning the by-pass screw as required

Clean the steam nozzle with a damp cloth immediately after use

Produce a short burst of steam to clear the nozzle

Wipe the hot water nozzle with a damp cloth

Are the nozzles free from visible deposits?

Describe any issues encountered during cleaning

Remove the drain tray grill every night

Pull out the water drain collector

Clean the water drain collector thoroughly

Ensure the machine is installed for easy access by qualified personnel.

Verify the machine is used and maintained by trained personnel only.

Confirm the machine is not stored in freezing temperatures.

Ensure the machine is not cleaned by immersion or water jets.

Check for installation of a residual current device (RCD) with a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30mA.

Cleaning Groups and Drain Wells

Insert the blind filter into portafilter and add espresso cleaning product.

Engage the portafilter into the group to be cleaned.
