Tank and Heating Element Cleaning

Remove food residues from the tank with a brush

Clean the tank heating element with a brush

Remove food residues from the sieves with a brush

Rinse the wash arms under running water

Check if the waste water installation is watertight

Inspect the pressure hose position

Verify the operation of the wash water evacuation pump

Housing and Mounting Parts Check

Check housing, tank, sheet metal cover, hood, doors and covering of machine base for damage and correct operation

Check tank cover sieves for any blockages or damage

Boiler and Associated Parts Inspection

Check boiler, hoses, clamps, plastic parts and seals for damage or wear

Raising and Lowering Equipment Operation Check

Check operation of raising and lowering equipment

Identify the type of detergent container

Ensure only lather-free detergents suitable for industrial dishwashing machines are used

Tilt the front panel forward after lifting it slightly

Is the detergent container empty?

Refill the container marked 'detergent' if necessary

Is the external detergent container empty?

Check that all fuses are in place and functional

Tighten all electrical connections

Is the tank heating functioning properly?

Is the boiler heating functioning properly?

Check thermostat and stop switch
