Removing the Stainless Steel Top

Does the unit have a stainless steel top?

Locate hex screws on the underside of the stainless steel top and unscrew with a 1/4” hex screwdriver.

Unscrew the (3) 3/8” hex screws located on the top frame of each door using a 3/8” hex screwdriver.

Lift stainless steel top up to remove.

Ensure assistance is available for door removal

Remove the door(s) carefully as they may drop rapidly.

Remove the eight 32 x 1/2” Phillips head screws from the top and bottom bracket of the existing door handle.

Remove the handle and set the screws aside for reuse.

Slide the handle rod into the bottom bracket and top bracket.

Insert the lock at an angle into the slot on the backside of the top bracket.

Turn the lock counter clockwise until it falls into place, ensuring it is positioned facing down.

Align the top bracket with the holes on the top of the door and secure with existing screws.

Shut off the unit using the switch next to the digital thermostat.

Remove the front grill to access the condenser.

Clean the condenser with a mild detergent and warm water using a soft cloth.

Ensure all cleaning materials are washed away.

Completely dry the condenser after cleaning.

Clean the doors and interior of the cooler with a mild detergent and warm water using a soft cloth.

Locate the spring on the top frame of your refrigeration unit

Insert the top half into the frame, ensuring the spring is pulled back with the door

Apply pressure and push the bottom half in until you hear it snap into place

Check for any visible gaps or misalignments

Apply pressure to the bottom of the clip and slide out to remove

Align clips to desired height using the numbered slots on the pilaster strips

Adjust all clips to the same number on the pilaster strips

Insert the top part of the clip into the slot

Apply pressure to the bottom half of the clip until the clip snaps into place
