Replace Cab Fresh Air and Recirculation Filters

Test Coolant and Add Coolant Conditioner

Sign off on the 1000 Hourly Maintenance

Check Transmission, Hydraulic and Axle Oil Levels

Check tractor and implement for leaks before daily startup.

Tractor should be parked on level ground and implement lowered to the ground.

Transmission lever should be in PARK.

Start the tractor and leave the engine speed set at 1200 rpm for 5 minutes.

Transmission lever should remain in PARK.

Warning: This maintenance check requires trained personnel with PPE!

Transmission, Hydraulic and Axle Oil changed?

Hydraulic Oil Sump Screen cleaned?

Transmission, Hydraulic and Axle Filters replaced?

Hydraulic Oil System Vent Filter cleaned?

Fan Belt and Auxiliary Drive Belt Tensioners inspected?

Any oil seal leakage or bearing failure in axles?

Sign off on the 1500 Hourly Maintenance

Replace Transmission Drive Shaft Damper (4500 Hourly)

Replace Crankshaft Damper (For Tier 2 and Stage II Engines Only) (5000 Hourly)

Drain, Flush, and Refill Engine Cooling System (6000 Hourly)

Test or Replace Engine Coolant Thermostats and Radiator Cap (6000 Hourly)

Sign off on the 2500 Hourly Maintenance

Lubricate Telescoping Drive Shafts

1. Lubricate front shaft fitting (A) located between transmission and PTO clutch.

2. Remove four cap screws (B) and remove PTO shield (C) for access to rear shaft lubrication fitting.

3. Lubricate rear PTO shaft fitting (D) located after the PTO clutch.
