Plastic Bumper (7Iron Pro Deck) Replacement
Removed the bumper by removing two flange bolts, two washers, and two locknuts
Placed the new bumper flush against the front antiscalp wheel bracket and side of the deck shell
Loosely installed front M8x25 flange bolt, washer, and locknut
Aligned bumper with rear hole and loosely installed M8x30 flange bolt, washer, and locknut
Tightened flange bolts to specification
Repeated on other side for installing the edge bumper
300 Hourly Maintenance
Change transmission oil and filters
Machine parked safely
Engine and transmission oil reservoir cooled
Drain pan placed under both transmissions
Area around each filter cap and hydraulic filter base cleaned
Filter cap and filter removed from each transmission
Inline hydraulic filter removed from filter base
Transmission oil drained into a drain pan
Film of clean oil applied on gasket of new inline hydraulic filter
Park Brake Maintenance
Stop the machine on a maximum of 17° slope
Lock park brake
Check if the brakes prevent the wheels from turning
Park machine safely
Start engine
Unlock park brake
Move both control levers forward
Check if the drive wheels turn freely and the machine begins to travel forward
Check if an audible hydrostatic whine occurs and the machine moves slowly
Fuel Tank Maintenance
Park machine safely. (See Parking Safely in the Safety section.)
Allow engine to cool.
Remove any debris from area around fuel tank cap.
Remove fuel tank cap slowly to allow any pressure built up in tank to escape.
Fill fuel tank only to bottom of filler neck. Do not overfill.
Install fuel tank cap and turn cap until it is tight.
Sign off on the fuel tank maintenance
