Mower deck lowered to the lowest cutting height position

Belt shield disengaged from grommet

Steps repeated for the other shield

Belt shield slid into position under frame

Grommet engaged with belt shield

Clean debris from cooling system.

Park machine safely on a level surface.

With compressed air, thoroughly clean debris buildup.

Remove the bumper by removing two flange bolts, two washers, and two locknuts

Place the new bumper flush against the front antiscalp wheel bracket and side of the deck shell

Loosely install front M8x25 flange bolt, washer, and locknut

Align bumper with rear hole and loosely install M8x30 flange bolt, washer, and locknut

Tighten flange bolts to specification

Repeat on other side for installing the edge bumper

Sign off on the bumper replacement

Change transmission oil and filters

Engine and transmission oil reservoir cooled

Drain pan placed under both transmissions

Area around each filter cap cleaned

Filter cap and filter removed from each transmission

Transmission oil drained into a drain pan

Film of clean oil applied on gasket of each new transmission filter

New filter installed into each transmission

Warning: Park machine safely before starting the procedure

If machine tracks to right, turn adjusting screw clockwise one rotation

If machine tracks to left, turn adjusting screw counter-clockwise one rotation

Test vehicle for proper tracking

Repeat the steps 3 and 4 as necessary to adjust the tracking

Sign off on the tracking maintenance
