Warning: Park machine safely before starting the procedure

Distance between outside of washers is 83 mm (3.3 in)

Change transmission oil and filters

Engine and transmission oil reservoir cooled

Drain pan placed under both transmissions

Area around each filter cap cleaned

Filter cap and filter removed from each transmission

Transmission oil drained into a drain pan

Film of clean oil applied on gasket of each new transmission filter

New filter installed into each transmission

Number of bolts removed from each side of machine

Upload a photo of the removed engine access grill

Engine access grill installed with four bolts

Sign off on the engine access grill replacement

Checking Motion Control Linkages

Raise rear of machine only enough for rear tires to rotate freely

Set throttle lever to the fast position

Do the rear drive wheels begin to creep?

Adjusting Motion Control Linkages

Stop engine and lock park brake

Warning: This maintenance check requires trained personnel with PPE!

Inspect tires and check air pressure

Check for loose, missing, or damaged parts
