Check air cleaner elements and replace as necessary

Change engine oil and filter or annually

Park machine safely on a level surface

Put container under oil drain area

Change transmission oil and filters. (Every 500 hrs after 300 hour Initial Break In)

Lubricate front caster wheel pivots

Remove cooling shroud and remove debris (or annually)

Replace metal fuel filter (if equipped). (Every 1000 Hours or Yearly)

Replace spark plugs. (Every 1000 Hours or Yearly)

Sign off on the 500 Hourly Maintenance

Mower deck lowered to the lowest cutting height position

Belt shield disengaged from grommet

Steps repeated for the other shield

Belt shield slid into position under frame

Grommet engaged with belt shield

Warning: Park machine safely before starting the procedure.

Are the motion control levers in neutral position?

Do the ends of the levers strike against each other while in the neutral position?

If yes, an adjustment is needed.

Enter the gap between handles after tightening the adjustment bolts.

Are the jam nuts tightened to hold adjustment bolts in place?

Sign off on the motion control levers gap maintenance

Upload a photo of the drain pan under hoses

Fuel hose disconnected from the outlet side of the fuel filter

Fuel filter removed from the inlet fuel hose

New fuel filter installed with arrow pointing towards the engine in direction of fuel flow

Hoses connected to new fuel filter and secured each end with hose clamp
