Park machine safely. (See Parking Safely in the SAFETY section.)

Check metal strip in fuse window and discard fuse(s) if strip is broken.

Push new fuse into correct socket

Rear of machine safely lifted at frame point (A)

Jack stands or other stable supports placed onto transaxle locations (B)

Front wheels blocked if only lifting rear of machine

Front of machine safely lifted at machine frame point (C)

Jack stands or other stable supports placed onto front axle locations (D)

Back wheels blocked if only lifting front of machine

Machine lowered safely after removing jack stands or supports

Removing and Installing Wheel Assembly (Models with E-Clip)

Raise machine with a safe lifting device and lower machine onto jack stands or other stable supports. Block wheels remaining on the ground to prevent machine movement.

Remove the cap from the end of the axle hub.

Take wheel assembly to an authorized service dealer for repairs.

Apply multipurpose grease to spindle shaft before installing wheel assembly.

Install wheel assembly with valve stem to the outside and align slot in wheel assembly with key in axle shaft.

Turn bulb socket counterclockwise to remove

Upload a photo of the defective bulb

Replace defective bulb with new bulb

Insert bulb socket into housing, push in and turn clockwise to install

Sign off on the headlight bulb replacement

Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Engine and muffler cooled completely?

Mower cutting height adjusted to lowest position?

Mower deck lowered and lift lever locked?

Mower belt removed from engine sheave?

Locking clip and pin removed, and rear draft arm moved away from deck bracket?

Front draft rod removed from mower bracket?

Locking clip removed from stud on each side, and front draft rod removed from draft bracket?
