500 Hourly Maintenance
Change Engine Oil and Filter
1. Operate engine approximately 5 minutes to warm oil.
2. Stop engine.
3. Turn crankcase drain fitting (A) to drain engine oil.
4. Wait a few minutes, then tighten fitting after oil is completely drained.
5. Remove filter (B) and remove old gasket. Clean filter mounting surface with clean dry cloth.
6. Apply a thin film of oil to new gasket and install new filter.
7. Hand-tighten filter element, then turn filter element 1-1/4 turn after gasket contact. Filter wrench is required. Do not overtighten.
8. Remove engine oil fill cap (C) and refill crankcase using fill tube (D) with seasonal viscosity grade oil. (See Fuels, Lubricants, and Coolant Section.)
10 Hourly / Daily Maintenance

Drain Water Separator
Check Transmission, Hydraulic and Axle Oil Levels
Check tractor and implement for leaks before daily startup.
Tractor should be parked on level ground and implement lowered to the ground.
Transmission lever should be in PARK.
Start the tractor and leave the engine speed set at 1200 rpm for 5 minutes.
Transmission lever should remain in PARK.

Test or Replace Engine Coolant Thermostats and Radiator Cap (6000 Hourly)
