Adjusting Engine Valve Clearance

Draining, Flushing, and Refilling Engine Cooling System

Remove deflector beneath radiator drain valve

Open radiator drain valve and drain coolant into catch pan

Open engine drain valve and drain coolant into catch pan

Steps to change engine oil and filter

Checking Neutral Start System (PST or IVT Transmissions)

Checking Transmission PARK Position

Checking Wheel and Wheel Weight Bolts

Lubricating 2WD Front Axle And Front Wheel Bearings

Lubricating MFWD Axle And MFWD Axle U-Joints

Steps to lubricate MFWD Axle And MFWD Axle U-Joints

Drive tractor to warm oil, then park tractor on level ground.

Remove drain plug (A) on bottom of rear differential case.

Remove transmission housing drain plug (B).

Remove Independent Link Suspension differential plug (C) if equipped.

Changing Transmission/Hydraulic Oil And Cleaning Transmission Filter Screen

Remove large transmission filter screen plug (B).

Remove filter screen and wash carefully in solvent. Blow dry with compressed air before reinstalling screen.

Remove four cap screws (A) and cover.

Transmission/Hydraulic Oil Level Check

If coolant level is low, follow the steps below:

Coolant recovery tank cap removal

Checking Coolant Level (De-aration Tank)

De-aeration tank cap pressure relieved

Coolant added as specified in Fuel, Lubricants and Coolant section

De-aeration tank cap reinstalled

Sign off on the 100 Hourly Maintenance
