Replace Primary and Secondary Engine Air Filters

Replace Cab Air and Recirculation Filters

Drain, Flush, and Refill Engine Cooling System (2 Yearly)

Test or Replace Engine Coolant Thermostats and Radiator Cap (2 Yearly);

Check Wheel and Wheel Weight Bolts

Check Transmission PARK Position

Check Secondary Brake Reservoir

Clean Cab Air and Recirculation Filters

Fuel Filter and Bleed System Replacement

Clean exterior of fuel filter/water separator assembly and surrounding area

Drain water and contaminants from fuel filters into suitable container by opening drain valves

Remove filter elements using a suitable filter wrench

Remove water-in-fuel sensor from old primary filter. Inspect filter O-ring condition and replace if necessary

Install O-ring in new primary filter and tighten to specification

Using prefill cup, fill new filter element with fuel, draining any excess into suitable container

Lubricate gasket and install filter onto base. Tighten 3/4 of a full turn after gasket contacts the base. Connect water-in-fuel sensor

Check Transmission-Hydraulic Oil Level

Drain Pneumatic Trailer Brake Accumulator

Change Transmission-Hydraulic Oil

Clean Transmission Filter Screen

Clean Hydraulic Oil Suction Screen

Change Standard MFWD Differential Case and Wheel Hub Oil

Change Wheel Hub Oil for MFWD Axle with Independent Link Suspension

Lubricate Independent Link Suspension Internal Tie Rod

Lubricate Draft Link Support Shaft Bushing

Adjust Engine Valve Clearance (2000 Hourly)
