Drain and refill final drive oil

Replace cab fresh air and recirculation air filters

Check track frame pivot shaft bushing oil level

Engine oil and filter replaced?

Sign off on the 50 hourly lubrication

Drain and refill engine oil and replace filter

Replace primary fuel filter and water separator

Replace auxiliary fuel filter and water separator (if equipped)

Check battery electrolyte level and terminals

Check blade pivot shim adjustment

Drain water and sediment from fuel tank

Lubricate right, left, and center crossbar pivots

Check hydrostatic transmission oil level

Lubricate dozer linkage and blade socket

Engine valve lash checked and adjusted?

Engine crankcase ventilation tube cleaned?

Hydrostatic transmission oil drained and refilled, filter replaced?

Hydraulic system oil drained and refilled, filter replaced?

Engine cooling system drained and refilled?

Sign off on the 2000 Hourly Maintenance
