Check cab rollover protection system mounting hardware torque

Check or replace cab air filters

Check hardware torque on front hitch (if equipped)

Check front hitch hydraulic connections for leaks every 100 hours

Sign off on the 50 Hourly Maintenance

3. Place drain pan under the oil drain plug (A) on the underside of engine.

5. Wipe dirt from around the oil filter (B).

6. Turn filter counterclockwise to remove.

7. Put a light coat of clean engine oil on gasket of the new filter.

8. Install replacement oil filter by turning filter clockwise until gasket contacts filter base. Tighten additional 1/2 turn.

Service air filter element, intake, hoses, and clamps. Replace as required.

Servicing Primary Air Filter Element

1. Park machine safely. (See Parking Safely in Safety section.)

5. Tilt canister up and release latches (B) and remove air filter canister cover (C).

6. Remove and discard primary element (D). Clean out any dirt in canister, taking care not to damage secondary filter element. Replace with a new primary filter element.

7. Install air filter canister cover with rubber dust unloading valve pointing downward.

Check windshield wiper arm mounting hardware torque

Enter the engine's hour meter reading

Is the engine's hour meter reading less than 400?

If the engine's hour meter reading is less than 400, change engine oil and filter

Inspect air intake system hoses and connections

Sign off on the yearly maintenance
