Warning: Only trained personnel should perform this check

Cab protection system mounting cap screws tightened to specification

Enter the number of hours since last inspection of cab protection system mounting hardware

Rubber floor mat (A) lifted to access front mounting hardware

Fastener removed and insulation liner pulled away from fender to access rear mounting hardware (B)

Insulation liner tucked under the fender panels

Enter the torque of the mounting hardware in N•m

Sign off on the Cab Roll-Over Protection System Installation Check

Park machine safely and allow engine to cool

Check fuel sediment bowl for water and deposits

If water and deposits are detected, remove bowl and replace fuel filter

Move the fuel shutoff valve to closed position

Position drain pan under fuel filter sediment bowl

Turn sediment bowl counterclockwise to remove

Remove and discard the fuel filter

Install new filter to filter head

Engine oil level check procedure

Transmission oil level check procedure

Air filter rubber dust valve check

Grease trunnions when used in wet land applications

Sign off on the 10 Hourly / Daily Maintenance

Engine hood vent checked for obstruction or debris

Vent area checked for any obstructions

Service air filter element, intake, hoses, and clamps. Replace as required.

Air Filter Intake Hose checked?

Upper and lower clamps tightened if necessary?

Machine operated to warm front axle oil?

Differential drain plug removed and oil drained?

Both drain plugs removed and oil drained?

Both drain plugs installed and tightened after all oil has drained?

Recommended oil added through dipstick fill opening until oil level is correct?
