Daily Maintenance
Test safety systems
Check engine oil level
Park the machine safely
Remove dipstick (A), at the right side of the engine. Wipe with a clean cloth.
Install dipstick.
Remove dipstick.
Check oil level on dipstick. Oil level should be between levels (B) and (C) on dipstick.
If oil level is low:
Raise hood.
2000 Hourly / 2 Yearly Maintenance
Drain, Flush, and Refill Engine Cooling System
Park machine safely
Allow engine to cool
Raise hood
Slowly open radiator cap (A) to the first stop to release all pressure
Close radiator cap tightly
Position a pan under the radiator drain tube (C)
Open the drain plug (B) and allow the coolant to drain from the system
Remove the drain plug (D) from the engine block and finish draining coolant
6000 Hourly / 6 Yearly Maintenance
Drain, Flush, and Refill Engine Cooling System
Machine parked safely
Engine cooled down
Hood raised
Radiator cap opened to first stop to release pressure
Radiator cap closed tightly
Pan positioned under radiator drain tube
Drain plug opened and coolant drained from system
Drain plug removed from engine block and coolant finished draining
600/1000 Hourly Maintenance
Service air filter element and hoses.
Service Primary Air Filter Element:
1. Park machine safely.
2. Allow the engine to cool.
3. Raise the hood.
4. Remove the side panel.
5. Pull out latch (A) from canister cover.
6. Twist the canister cover (B) to the unlock position and remove.
7. Remove and discard the primary element (C). Clean out any dirt in canister, taking care not to damage the secondary filter element. Replace with a new primary filter element.
Yearly Maintenance
Check wheel bolt torque.
Change engine oil and filter if less than 400 hours of operation.
1. Run engine to warm the oil.
2. Park machine safely.
3. Place drain pan under oil drain plug (A) located on under side of engine.
4. Remove drain plug.
5. Wipe dirt from around oil filter (B).
6. Turn filter counterclockwise to remove.
7. Put a light coat of clean engine oil on gasket of new filter.
