Check coolant freeze point and clarity

Drain water and clean fuel sediment bowl

Replace fuel filter, at least once per season

Sign off on the yearly maintenance

Remove drain plug to drain oil into a suitable container

Remove oil filter. Turn filter counterclockwise to remove

Apply a film of clean engine oil on seal of new filter

Install filter. Turn filter until seal contacts mounting surface. Tighten 1/2–3/4 turn after gasket contact

Add approximately 2.1 L (2.2 qt) of oil

Install and tighten the filler cap

Check forward/reverse travel pedal operation

Clean debris from engine, especially air intake grill screens

Check fuel tank, fill if needed

Check for loose, missing, or damaged parts

Check for engine and hydraulic oil leaks

Check engine and hydraulic oil level

Grease machine and cutting units

Grease lift arm pivots (3 places)

Grease cutting yoke pivots (3 places)

Grease roller bearings (2 per cutting unit)

Grease reel bearings (2 per cutting unit)

Grease rear wheel pivot spindle

Change hydraulic oil and filter

Clean hydraulic suction line strainer

Drain water and clean fuel sediment bowl
