Perform 10 hour or daily service

Lubricate working tool pivots every 10 hours for first 100 hours and when working in mud and water

Clean air cleaner dust unloader valve

The most accurate oil level reading is obtained when the engine is cold, before starting the engine for the day's operation.

Park machine on a level surface

Change hydraulic reservoir return filter

Change transmission oil and filter

Change differential lock return filter(s)-if equipped

Sign off on the hourly maintenance

ADJUST ENGINE SPEED CONTROL LINKAGE

Check and adjust engine speed linkage

Replace air cleaner dust unloader valve

Remove and clean engine crankcase vent tube

CHANGE TRANSMISSION OIL AND REPLACE FILTER

Remove hydraulic reservoir filler cap (A)

Install hose on hydraulic reservoir drain valve (B)

Flush reservoir with diesel fuel

Check oil level in sight glass (C). Oil should be in FULL range

Clean hydraulic system suction strainer

Lubricate loader boom and cylinder pivots

Lubricate front steering cylinder pivots

Check cab recirculating air filter

Lubricate oscillating rear axle

Lubricate rear steering cylinder pivots
