Check and adjust dump body shock pads

Clean and inspect axle breathers

Adjust engine valve clearance (lash)

Replace transmission oil filters

Replace fuel tank breather filter

Run transmission clutch calibration (cab monitor)

Drain and refill transmission oil

Check battery electrolyte level and terminals

Check park brake pad wear and lubricate linkage

Check air intake hoses and charge air cooler tube couplings

Drain and refill engine oil and replace filter

Lubricate through-drive bearing

Lubricate greasable steering cylinder pins (if equipped)

Take engine oil sample (Every 250 Hours)

Enter the engine oil sample reading

Sign off on the maintenance procedure

Clean hydraulic pump case drain in-line screen

Clean hydraulic fan drive case drain in-line screen

Clean hydraulic system fill strainer

Clean axle pump case drain screen

Drain and refill hydraulic system oil

Replace hydraulic tank breather

Replace hydraulic system return filter

Sign off on the 4000 Hourly Articulated Dump Truck Maintenance
