Remove screws (A) to remove cover.

Remove filter (B) and support (C).

Remove foam element (A) and support (B) from inside cover (C). Wash with liquid detergent and water. Wrap in cloth and squeeze dry.

Clean filter (D) by tapping gently on a flat surface. If very dirty, wash in liquid detergent. Rinse thoroughly with flowing water until water is clear.

Allow element and filter to air dry completely before using. DO NOT use pressurized air to dry.

Install air cleaner assembly in reverse order as removed.

Sign off on the 25 Hours / 3 Monthly Maintenance

Engine run for a few minutes to warm oil

Drain plug removed to drain oil into container

Warning: Do not pollute; dispose of waste oil properly

Drain plug installed and oil filler cap removed

Fill with oil to top of threads

Is the unit on a level surface?

Did you run the unit for a few minutes to warm the oil?

Did you remove the drain plug (A) to drain oil into a container?

Warning: Do not pollute; dispose of waste oil properly.

Did you add SAE20 or SAE30 oil to the red center mark on the indicator or in the notch dipstick?

Sign off on the 250 Hourly Replacement

Engine run for a few minutes to warm oil
