Check all hose connections for leaks or deterioration

Adjust valves, injectors and engine brakes

Sign off on the 3000 Hourly Maintenance

Primary and secondary engine air cleaner elements replaced?

Automatic belt tensioner inspected?

Engine operated and intake air and exhaust systems checked?

Air cleaner restriction checked?

Sign off on the 1500 Hourly Maintenance

Retighten front wheel attaching nuts to 550 N-m (400 Ib-ft)

Retighten rear wheel attaching bolts to 260 N.m (185 lb-ft)-Standard axle

Retighten rear wheel attaching bolts to 550 N.m (400 lb-ft)-Heavy duty and powered axle

Retighten final drive attaching screws

Retighten 3-speed or ProDrive transmission attaching screws

Retighten front axle attaching screws

Brake fluid changed - 3-Speed transmission only

Brake disk thickness - ProDrive transmission only

Air intake system hose connections checked

Turbocharger attaching bolts retightened (Cummins engine)

Air conditioning system cleaned, filter of coolant conditioner and thermostats changed

Check for any leaks in the lubricating oil

Check the condition of the lubricating oil filter

Operate the engine and check for coolant leaks and coolant additive concentration level

Enter the coolant additive concentration level

Sign off on the 250 Hourly / 6 Monthly Maintenance
