Tighten rear wheel attaching bolts to 260 N.m (185 lb-ft)-Standard axle
Tighten rear wheel attaching bolts to 550 N.m (400 lb-ft)-Heavy duty and powered axle
Tighten steering cylinder attaching screws to 240 N-m (170 lb-ft)
Change fuel filter element
Drain engine oil and fill crankcase with fresh oil
Change engine oil filter
Check specific gravity of battery electrolyte
If necessary, charge battery and/or top up with distilled water
500 Hourly Maintenance
Includes all work shown under "Every 10 Operating Hours"
Drain hydraulic oil from oil reservoir and refill system with fresh oil
Change hydraulic oil filter-3-Speed transmission
Change transmission and hydraulic oil filters-ProDrive transmission
Change hydrostatic oil filter
Change grease of gear transmission (feed rolls). Thoroughly clean inside of gear transmission prior to refilling
Change IVLOC intake and return filter
Clean mechanical fuel transfer pump

Retighten final drive attaching screws
Retighten 3-speed or ProDrive transmission attaching screws
Retighten front axle attaching screws
