Wheel Support Bushings Lubricated (4 Locations)

Axle Assembly-to-Frame Bushings Lubricated

Tire Inflation Pressure (Severe Duty Ag Tires)

Air Spring Inflation (CX Models)

Remove dipstick vent (A). Oil level must be between lines (B). Add John Deere GL-5 GEAR LUBRICANT or equivalent.

Install dipstick vent. Apply torque.

Following maintenance should be done as required:

Removed and discarded the existing cotter pin (E)?

Made sure the washer (F) and M36 nut (G) are installed as shown?

Enter the torque value after tightening nut using a torque wrench (C), torque multiplier (B), and a long piece of pipe (A)

Located blade hardware under access holes?

Enter the torque value after tightening hardware to specifications
