As Required Maintenance
Clean radiator core and oil cooler
Check and clean engine air cleaner dust unloader valve
Open engine access door to access air cleaner dust unloader valve
Squeeze air cleaner dust unloader valve to remove dust from the air cleaner
Check condition of dust unloader valve. Replace if hardened or damaged
Close engine access door
Replace engine air filter elements
Open engine access door to access engine air filter
Release engine air filter cover latches to unlock cover
Bucket leeth Replacement
Warning: Use appropriate PPE and follow safety guidelines
Spring pin (1) driven out with hammer and drift
Tooth removed
New tooth positioned over tooth shank
Spring pin fully driven into hole
Sign off on the bucket teeth replacement
Fuel System Maintenance
Fuel tank is full
Open right rear service door to access primary fuel filter and water separator assembly (1)
Fuel shutoff valve (2) is open
Turn key switch to ON position for 10-15 seconds. The electric fuel solenoid pump will start to bleed air
Wait 30 seconds before trying to start the engine
Engine started successfully
Fuel supply system checked for fuel leaks
Close service door
Sign off on the fuel system maintenance
Bucket Teeth-TK Series Replacement
Pin (1) removed by rotating counterclockwise 180° using a ratchet and socket
Tooth removed
Pin and rubber locks (2) inspected for damage
Pin and rubber locks (2) replaced if necessary
New tooth positioned over the tooth shank
Pin installed by rotating clockwise 180°
Sign off on the Bucket Teeth-TK Series Replacement
500 Hourly Maintenance
Drain and refill engine oil and replace filter
Run engine to warm oil
Park machine on a level surface and stop engine
Remove drain valve (1) from engine oil pan. Allow oil to drain into a container. Dispose of waste oil properly
Turn engine oil filter (3) counterclockwise to remove. Clean mounting surface on base
Apply thin film of oil to rubber gasket of new filter
Install new filter. Turn filter clockwise by hand until gasket touches mounting surface
Tighten filter
Install drain valve
