Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank breather

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) header suction filter and baffle (S.N. 304911-)

Clean diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank (S.N. 304911-)

Check coolant level at surge tank

Check hydraulic system oil level

Check hydrostatic transmission oil level

Lubricate dozer linkage and blade socket

Lubricate right, left, and center crossbar pivots

Lubricate rear ripper (if equipped) every 50 hours

Sign off on the 10 Hourly/Daily Maintenance

Drain and refill engine oil and replace filter

Replace primary and final fuel filters

Replace auxiliary fuel filter (if equipped)

Drain water and sediment from fuel tank

Check hybrid battery electrolyte level (if equipped)

Check air intake hoses and connections

Drain and refill final drive oil

Replace cab fresh air and recirculation filters

Check track frame pivot shaft bushing oil

Clean or replace winch hydraulic breather filter (if equipped)

Drain and refill winch oil and replace filter (if equipped)

Check and adjust engine valve lash every 3000 hours

Sign off on the 1000 Hourly Maintenance

Note: Drain and refill engine cooling system every 6000 hours

Sign off on the 2000 Hourly Maintenance
