200 Hourly Maintenance
Change engine oil and filter
Run engine to warm the oil
Park machine safely
Place drain pan under oil drain plug (A), under side of engine
Remove drain plug
Wipe dirt from around oil filter (B)
Turn filter counterclockwise to remove
Put a light coat of clean engine oil on gasket of new filter
Install replacement oil filter by turning filter clockwise until gasket contacts filter base. Tighten additional one half turn
2000 Hourly / Yearly Maintenance
Drain, Flush and Refill Engine Cooling System
Park machine safely
Allow engine to cool
Raise hood
Slowly open radiator cap to the first stop to release all pressure
Close radiator cap tightly
Position a pan under the radiator drain plug
Open the drain plug and allow the coolant to drain from the system
When coolant drains from the recovery tank, remove the radiator cap
Fuel Filter Sediment Bowl and Filter Maintenance
Checking Sediment Bowl
Park machine safely and allow engine to cool
Check fuel sediment bowl for water and deposits
Cleaning Sediment Bowl and Replacing Fuel Filter
Move the fuel shutoff valve to closed position
Position drain pan under fuel filter sediment bowl
Turn sediment bowl counterclockwise to remove
Remove and discard the fuel filter
Clean bowl
Front Axle Thrust Bolt Torque Maintenance
Machine parked safely
Front axle raised off ground to take machine weight off the front axle
Nut (A) loosened
Thrust bolt (B) tightened
Enter the torque after oscillating axle from stop to stop
Back nut tightened
Front axle lowered back to ground
Sign off on the Front Axle Thrust Bolt Torque Maintenance
6000 Hourly / 6 Yearly Maintenance
Drain and Flush Cooling System
Machine parked safely
Engine cooled
Hood raised
Radiator cap opened to first stop to release pressure
Radiator cap closed tightly
Pan positioned under radiator drain plug
Drain plug opened and coolant drained from system
Radiator cap removed when coolant drains from recovery tank
